$3000+ (Sing dollars) bottle of Penfolds noticed by travel companion - while in transit at the duty free in Changi airport on the way to HK. Not seen commonly in Penfold's home country - mainly Penfolds Grange seen in retail... 

Stop by Maxims fast Asian food outlet at the Chep Lap Cok airport for breakfast of congee and fried noodles on arrival 6am Saturday morning.

 Then the 30 minute double decker bus to Jordan in Kowloon. Great views from the top deck. More scenic then airport train which is faster?

Democracy riots in Tsim Sha Sui. More in central but difficult to access and risk of violence.

Starharbour with a cruise liner. Lots of shopping and some nice classy food outlets. Very crowded with cruise passengers.

Breakfast at the ever busy Aust Dairy Milk company. Line up is 30 mins. Queue for scrambled eggs and toast?

 More milk to drink. Lots of mainlanders whom we shared our table. Everyone has macaroni soup with ham for breakfast.

 Roger Dubuis HK$4.8m watch we had the opportunity to try on. Excellent service and champagne on request. David the chief sales executive was impeccable and knew all about swiss watches. Both watches are see through so you can see your wrist from the clock face.

Night markets in Jordan on Temple St. Opportunity to get nick knacks and touristy gifts.

Bus from Jordan back to airport - every 15 minutes.
