Trying to ride in the snow on bicycles with oversize tyres called fat bikes.

We had bison for dinner at $35 for 750gm steak. Organic and free range. Gamey and tender. From Cross road markets in Calgary.

The dinosaur treasure ground in Drumheller, Alberta. Worth a visit. The drive between Airdree and Iricana leg of the journey was full of open fields. We were low on fuel and were we glad to see the gas station in Iricana. It was a gem with petrol at 90 cents per liter. Warm and cosy and real towels in a roll.

On the way home from Alberta we transited in LA. At our favourite Brasilian food stall at the Farmer's Market next to the Grove Shopping Mall in Beverly Hills in LA.

Relaxing in the Qantas Lounge after the burgers from In-N-Out burger near the LAX airport.

Try the X3 X 3 with 3 patties and 3 slices of cheese at In-N-Out burger. Then sleep on the plane after switching to home time.

My healthy supper from Coles as I was down with some bug from the plane.

Tomatoes for vitamin c and antioxidants. Salmon for omega 3. Bananas for potassium.

Immune system unwell with some weird upper respiratory illness. So had to go back to basic cuisine. The pool was square shaped.
