Beans for protein on planes

Definitely a source of protein. See http://www.beans.my/ Don't add too much sucrose with hot water.


There is a high protein content. Greater than 20gms per 100gm of red bean. Available on commercial flights.



After adding water wait 5 to 10 minutes than enjoy. Maybe more protein than instant noodles in a cup served on planes.
