Emirates Lounge Singapore Changi Airport

Nice food. Old world 1970s ambiance. Oasis for the Emir in busy Singapore.

Lovely cold salad selections.

I just finished function in Spore where they served beef and lamb. I got to the Emirates Lounge 2 hours before my flight. It is in Terminal 1 near "C" departure doors. The food was good. I had a tasting sample sambal prawn, fillet mignon, kung po chicken. Tempted to order the dim sum(not ready available on buffet) but decided to have a shower. This was a 4 heead shower with 1 on the top and 3 for the body. Towel packs all ready. After the shower I had salty  nuts and a fruit drink. The desserts looked amazing but I decided to stay on a healthy diet. We had some fruit. Also read the paper. Lounge was spacious and had an old world feel of wood and leather chairs. Different ambience to the more modern design of other lounges I had been to in Spore Changi Airport.
